📦 Return & Refund Policy (Pakistan Customers)

At Darazkaro, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Customers must provide the shipping details and tracking code once the item is sent back.

🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item to us.

  • In cases of wrong, defective, or damaged products, we offer a free exchange (shipping cost covered by us).

  • If a refund is requested due to customer choice, the customer must bear the shipping and service fee.

📋 Eligible Refund/Exchange Situations

You are eligible for a refund or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has manufacturing defects.

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The product was tampered with.

Note:

  • Change of mind is not applicable for returns.

  • Sale items or discounted products are non-refundable unless defective.

🛒 Refund Processing

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email or WhatsApp.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer).

💳 Service/Restocking Fee

  • A 20% service fee will apply if the order is canceled or refunded by the customer after dispatch.

  • No restocking fee for exchanges due to defective or damaged products.

🕐 When to Expect Your Refund

  • Once approved, the refund usually appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • If you don’t see your refund after this period, please:

    1. Check with your bank and credit card provider.

    2. Contact us if still unresolved.
