You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Customers must provide the shipping details and tracking code once the item is sent back.
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item to us.
In cases of wrong, defective, or damaged products, we offer a free exchange (shipping cost covered by us).
If a refund is requested due to customer choice, the customer must bear the shipping and service fee.
You are eligible for a refund or exchange if:
You received the wrong product.
The product has manufacturing defects.
The product was damaged during shipping.
The product was tampered with.

Change of mind is not applicable for returns.
Sale items or discounted products are non-refundable unless defective.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email or WhatsApp.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5β10 business days, depending on your bank.
Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer).
A 20% service fee will apply if the order is canceled or refunded by the customer after dispatch.
No restocking fee for exchanges due to defective or damaged products.
Once approved, the refund usually appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
